5.1.1. Use Table Key
A. Types of Uses
1. Permitted (P)
Z “P” in the use table indicates that a use is allowed by right in the respective district. Such uses are subject to all other applicable requirements of this Ordinance, including restrictions and prohibitions within an approved development plan A type of plan that becomes part of the zoning of a property that establishes the level of development allowed absent further zoning action except as otherwise allowed or required under this Ordinance. of record for the property under consideration. 2. Permitted Subject to Limitations (L)

3. Special Use Permit Required (M or m)
An “M” (Major) or “m” (minor) indicates that a use is only allowed where approved as a special exception by the appropriate approving authority in accordance with the procedures set forth in Sec. 3.9, Special Use Permit.
